Not really about DAWs, but still on the music-production theme:
I'm looking for a piano keyboard that I could use both by simply pluging my headphones into it or pluging a usb adapter into from the keyboard into my computer and use it as a midi keyboard. Does such a thing exist? Does it work well with Linux?
Please forgive me if my question seems dumb, I know nothing about piano keyboards.

Pretty funny how every time someone says FL sucks, they never explain why.
Why so many of anons switch from FL to Ableton? I'm a newbie, want to make chillout downtempo ambient / idm / ambient techno. At first I wanted to start with FL, but now I doubt. Can you say which DAW would be the best for newbie?
