I didn't treat it as a lesser, but I know most people consider the instrumental tracks inferior to the rest, and I wanted to make people know that I include them in my 10/10 listing rather than ignoring them or pretending they don't count
I know it's a four song EP but I kinda feel it's harder to make a perfect EP because you have less space to work with. If any song is off, it colors the entire album because it's so chort.

I can understand your inclusion of Bitch Please, even though I disagree--some cool flows (Jamaican accent), and memorable chorus. Like I said, I understand; the beat during verses can be grating.
However, I cannot understand why you dislike Hustle Bones. It's gotta have the catchiest (not necessarily "best") hook on the album. Fucking amazing use of vocal samples & synths.
