He was good in between 1960-1980 but now he is a former shell of his self. His songwriting is weak compared to earlier work. His voice got worse over time.

Who else thinks this is GY!BE's best album?
It has a lot of these sounds that remind me of psychedelic rock and I think that's hella cool.
I also think it might have some of the better drums out of their discography, not that their drumming is really all that impressive anyway, but I thought the ones on LYSF are kinda corny and on F#A# I just found it unmemorable.
What do you guys think about it?

Serum is GOAT, but if you don't like it but are looking for something similar go with Massive. Same wavetable ideas and such, slight different layout though. My advice is to really try and get into Serum though, it's great.
