Can anyone sing? Do you think there are only a few people that are born with an enjoyable singing tone, or is it achievable for anyone?

You're cannot achieve talent. You're either born with it or you're not. Someone can be a good singer, but would never reach a certain level. You can definitely improve your vocal technique, but you can't get to a ''Plant'' level, because he was born with that unique voice.

Not a big fan of the vocals though, but everything else is really cool. Great tone on the guitar(s) and the bass is fantastic, very dreamy yet haunting melody (kinda reminds me if Beach Boys - Till I die in that regard). Great psych song, thanks for the rec.

I'm looking for albums which keep things interesting and add variety by dipping into different genres. Albums which have more than one sound. A few albums like this I've heard: Rossz Csillag Alatt Született by Venetian Snares, most things by NIN, and the Gorillaz self-titled.
Even albums like itaots which have interludes like The Fool would satisfy me.
Any ideas?

So I have a good amount of blank cassettes and cases left over from my last purchase and not enough of my own new material for an ep release
If any anons would like their music featured on a compilation tape post it here with your information (band name, song title, email *if you wish*) and I will include it on the cassette. The tapes are 22 min, 11 each side so if many anons submit I will do more than one compilation tape. I have about 34 cassettes so first come first serve. These will be handed out for free at venues and record shops I frequent around New England in hopes of generating some attention for the both of us
