i have mixed feelings over nujabes just plagiarising songs and putting a drum track over them, on one hand it's kinda disappointing, on the other, now i've discovered some actual artists who are pretty swell

Record labels are your friend. Discogs probably has the most extensive archive of every release ever, and most people like to discover more music by cataloging labels on discogs and looking at where certain artists have released other stuff. Give anime a chance aha. A lot of it is genius, it's about as dumb as disregarding entire genres to disregard all japanese animation on a principle. It's a way for many many people to express art

Pretty common to most people here I'm sure but if you haven't, do.
Put avant-garde stuff like eai, onkyo, free jazz, drone, noise and the likes here. I'm gonna share Quartet by Nikos Veliotis, Taku Sugimoto, Kazushige Kinoshita, Taku Unami. It's almost like accoustic onkyo, it's definitely an interesting listen.

I'm trying to make some sense out of this. bunkai-kei records is, as far as I know, a records company wich has go-qualia contracted and they make music under the Creative commons License.
But do they really make free music? What style are they? I really like their music but I can't seem to find any similar groups except for the one´s associated with bunkai-kei.
well you can dl almost everything for free from their site, so yes.
