Do you have a music phase you regret?
>I was a crunkcore fag back in the day
i was a gigantic odd future fanboy for a year or so
Why would I regret something that I legitimately enjoyed?

I liked Simple Plan at one point
>ITT: Things that are as culturally relevant and significant as Noisey is to music.
The last shit I took.

Hello /mu/, can you please help a brother out? I currently have been looking for a cassette rip in FLAC of the track Stone In Focus from pic related. Every torrent and thing I've found has the track but taken from a compilation CD, in which, the entire compilation is mixed to be gapless and you can hear a small bit of the previous track. In the context of the album, however, it doesn't sound right. I was able to get my hands on a vinyl rip, but the vinyl sounded a little worn out and had a lot of clicking. I figure, getting a cassette rip is my best bet since that...

bump, my SAWII is missing this track because I couldn't find it anywhere but youtube
>>53607516
I think I'm the guy who got the vinyl rip from whatcd for you. I'll put the limited edition version up in the share thread when I get home
>>53608035
Oh, probably. Frequent /mu/ poster I see. But.... limited edition?
Do you find Death Grips and clipping similar? I've seen them compared a lot and other than them both being the same genre, I don't really see a comparison.
clipping basically is looked at as a group that sprung up in the wake of Death Grips
other than that, you're right there are many stylistic differences.
>>53607704
Not alot but ever since DG called it quits i been preparing for the worse and been listening to alot of Clipping and Man Bites Dog cause it reminds me of them in a way
>>53607704
People tend to compare Death Grips to clipping because they both fall under the brackets of hip-hop and inaccessible. They're extremely dissimilar with the exception of those things though both have their own merit and fans of one typically like the other.
Ok /mu/ if its not the beatles who is it? Who is the most significant or influential rock band or person of the genre?
Nick Blinko
TVU
The great thing about the picture is that you can hear MC Ride say it the same way as he did the interview.
Can someone get me a download for Replica? Can't find it anywhere online

Check the archive you piece of shit.
OPN's music makes me see the beauty in technology. Driving at night listening to reflector and seeing cell towers blink in the distance is amazing.
The main thread and creation will take place on Saturday (2/21) @ 4:30 PM EST.
In the mean time let's try and make some names for the tracks.
We will not be using the traditional system, but leave name ideas below.
Track 1: Archie Rises from the Dead and Remembers that he was murdered and wants to find his killer [Post-Rock]
Track 2: Archie stumbles out of the grave yard and sees that the city is an absolute nightmare and crime is everywhere and he doesn't know where his friends are [Dark Acoustic, Very Moody]
Track 3: Archie starts looking...

Sup guys. Lets have a feels thread going for us all

I come from a same place OP, I can somewhat relate.
Well at least you've got her. Hope stuff works out for you.
>>53602300
Thanks, dude. Again, same for you, too. Life really can be a bitch sometimes. Whether it's you, me, or Dave Pajo. Fuck.
ask her out. If you keep waiting you'll just end up frustrated.
ITT: Albums you absolutely love that you've never seen mentioned on /mu/
maybe not that often since Climaxia and some others left
My favorite album. Only ever seen it mentioned when I post it
