We don't have a lot of good bands come to our city but I'm wondering what good genre show we should pick
We're trying to see if we can find a doom or black metal show but anything is good

I like black metal, but a Black Metal show on LSD, doesn't sound enjoyable...
Doom could be good if it's a more psychedelic influenced group.
I'd say shoot for something electronic, maybe more experimental than simple EDM

You could make the instruments be in two different keys but it would probably sound like shit. Unless you mean the same tuning then no they don't have to be in the same tuning.
