What's the best album to listen to when severely sleep deprived? I just listened to pic related and I felt like I was picking out new details I'd never heard before but they might have just been auditory hallucinations.

Ooh, that'd be a good one. I used to put on Mellon Collie in the middle of the night if I needed to pull an all nighter because A) I wouldn't have to change the music for a solid 2 hours and could focus and B) by the time XYU came around I'd always be falling asleep and it would wake me up.

I literally listened to this for the first time last night and am currently re-listening to my favorite tracks.
I fucking hate autotune in general and find it hard to listen to, I really hated 808s for that reason. However this album seems to use it better and I find it more enjoyable, I still only like maybe %50 of the tracks. I look forward to his future projects (hopefully without auto-tune)

Im searching for a special music genre at around 75-80 beats per minute.
I've heard this genre in a drum and bass and jump up night club and there were only 2 songs with this specific pace.
Anyone know what it could be? Its not drum and bass, it some sort of house, only slower..

The worst artist of all 4 has to be Gilmore. He hasn't made any get music without roger, whereas waters, McCartney, and Lennon all made good music individually. Not sure who the best duo would be, it's pretty close but I'm leaning towards John and Paul

To this day it baffles me that people think this was some concerted effort on Kanye's part. As if he actually intended it to come out this way.
The album is clearly 10 unfinished songs he had sown together at the last minute because he was too busy working on fashion. I'm not even saying it's a bad body of work, but it's not a trailblazing avant-garde masterpiece work of genius.

I bought a Tascam 244 Portastudio. I'm fucking psyched, but I can barely find shit about it online. I've never recorded music before, but really want to, and I enjoy the idea of analog a lot more than digital. Well, I've recorded stuff with Ableton and FL Studio, and I didn't like it because I'm too fucking dumb, and I hate how things like digital effects sound.
Anyways, I was wondering, what do you guys think of the Tascam 244 Portastudio? Or any Tascam Portastudio? Where the FUCK can I learn how to use it?
