I had a discussion with a few guys last week about the potential of a /mu/ Skype group for music sharing and discussion that exists for an extended period of time tather than short bursts like threads.

I know the idea of Skype freaks some people put, but /risk/ has one that I created a while back and it's worked very well. A /mu/ one would do wonders for music sharing and discussion.

Thoughts on this idea?

Name the kpop group based on the description:

Some people like them too much. Some people dislike them too much. In reality they are mediocre.
Their fans are literally the worst.

Just got into more of an underground taste and making my way through more Madlib. Was this album well received? It seemed hard to listen to at first and then it grew on me a lot.

It was pretty well received iirc, though acclaim has definitely grown in time. I agree that it's a grower. Some of the things that I found to be weaknesses at first (like how unfocused it is) grew to be some of my favorite aspects of it (the previously stated unfocused quality leads to a disorienting and almost psychedelic atmosphere).
>>

Mid-2000s were fantastic for the underground scene. DOOM dropped 4 of his best albums in the 2003-2004 period. Stones Throw-core was hot shit back in the day.
So yeah, The Unseen was well received.
>>
When it comes to the underground scene as a whole, this album is bery highly praised, as it deserves, especially the 2000 version, not the 2004 re-release, even tho that was god tier in itself

Deerhunter sucks shit mate. Each album just gets worse and worse. Microcastle was the last good one, I hope Cox dies from his shit body giving out soon.
