Hey /mu/, is this the AOTY?
it's one of the worst albums of the year, actually
It's terrible but tumblrinas eat it up
Don't really keep track of years but this might be one of the few 2015 albums I got. So yeah that would make it AOTY.
Hi guys, since this is a music forum I assume you all play instruments.
Thinking abuot adding a EHX Big Muff Pedal to my board.
Thoughts, opinions on it ?
It's pretty solid, it'll give you that classic rock sound and is fairly versatile.
I'd recommend checking out the Boss Powerstack as well, it's similar but has a little bit of a thinner, noisier sound, which I like

Forgot to add: if you want a Big Muff you can get clones for better prices. People may try to get you to waste money on the Russian meme version, but the sound is identical.
For christmas my dad asked me to get him a thumb drive full of music I think he'd like. I recently got him into Massive Attack and Darkside - Psychic. I'd love to get him more music like that but I'm unfamiliar with that aria of music. Does anyone have suggestions for chill, bassy electronic music with no rapping and not much edgyness? preferably with some vocals?
Not familiar with MA or darkside but something like this?

Pretty much, but they might find the intro track and the rest a bit too cold and emotionless. Some Yes or whatever might be better for someone without such an open mind.
King Crimson did help me get into The Mars Volta though.

Genuinely good highschool core.
Papercut's beat is still a total banger,
and some of the deeper cuts like By Myself are angst-anthems.
