Is it me or are the worst bands with the worst fanbases always the ones that are mostly popular with 11 year olds.
Found a comical old guy rant on a music forum somewhere that went (paraphrasing slightly):
"I bought their S/T and Hotter Than Hell back in 74 and quickly returned them. Total disappointment compared to the rock of 5 years earlier. They were a comic book band for kids who wanted something heavier than the Osmonds but Zeppelin, Mountain, and the Eagles were too advanced for them."
