This was recorded in the mid-70's and not released until '92. Two of the tracks were released as a single in the 70's but Bell died in a car crash before anything was done with the rest of the recordings.
This kind of stuff actually happens a lot, either as archival recordings or labels cashing-in on dead artists, I just can't think of many at the moment.
