Is there even such a thing as music that is both fun and intelligent and doesn't compromise either/use cheap gimmicks in how it does it?

I think there's a lot of variation in what people would consider gimmick.

In the video above, for example, it's quite easy to see their theme choice as either gimmicky or consistent with culture regarding mass surveillance in the 21st century.
(Also, knower are fun electro pop. Not sure about intelligent, but I rate them.)
