Bellezute has no business getting hit in the first place and Granteed is borderline invincible with that Orgone Cloud + Fortitude combo (until when it runs out of EN)
Granteed also really wants Accel more than +1 Movement considering how shit its P options are pre upgrade. So if we're looking at them in a vacuum, Tenia really is the better choice in that respect.

That 300 armor is exactly there to actually make Granteed invincible.
Accel is better on a sub pilot so you can use Touya's stuff elsewhere and he learns it a bit later anyway when the SP isn't as tight. I guess you could use him with Tenia until he learns it.
Bellzelute is the one that better benefits from the extra damage.
