Even the ones with a bit more narrative had a strong focus on visuals like Angel's Egg. Films of this type also had a strong focus on visuals, I mean starting off this trend with Nausicaa and Urusei Yatsura 2, we got Wings of Honneamise, Tale of Genji, Arion, Night on the Galactic Railroad, Honneamise and off course fuckin Akira.
It's fine if you don't know much about the history of japanese animation, but flauiting that lack of knowledge in other peoples faces is just retarded.

Question. Year ago I had been watching a stream of some OVAs hosted off /m/. There was one that really caught my eye but I never got the title of it. Had something to do with robot cars and this future city where if you go too fast, you get transported to like the fast dimension where there's fucking monsters and shit.
