It reminded me a little of the first episode of Planetes, where Tanabe comes in, is disappointed by how wacky the Debris staff are and proceeds to just yell at everyone else as Hachi is being a jerk to her in return too. I think things will settle down over time, but I did have fun.
Not as good as Orange's other work. I'm not sure if it's because the animations are trying to be more organic, because powered suits instead of mechs, and failing, or that they blend terribly with the background.

I liked that scene. The two of them trying to show off made a good excuse for an infodump. Hilarious and informative, and it set up Asami's character pretty well.

Damn, I enjoyed the fuck out of the first episode, CG could be a little better but it's animated well enough and the characters personality still comes through so I don't mind it. Anybody else loving the soundtrack?
