For those new to gunpla/plamo or even just new to this thread; please read the guide. Please read it before asking questions as there is a chance it has already been answered there.
For those unfamiliar, "plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model". If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.
If you're new, you're gonna fuck up. Don't worry! If you're expereinced, don't make the new people worry!

The ones you posted are great for that sort of thing. I own a sheet in white, gray, and red. They look great and come in a ton of colors. Pic related.
I mostly buy em off of HLJ. Find you can always throw a sheet or two onto a big warehouse order without messing with the final shipping price.
Only thing I would bring up is that decaling multiple kits with the same set of generic warning labels will start to become very apparent, at least to you. Now that I've decaled everything from early UC to AGE to Late UC with the same sheet, I've started to notice it.

I found how they could make the HG Barbatos so cheap yet have a full inner frame.
They skimp out on the part/color separation everywhere else on the armor to keep the parts count down. I'm painting it up now and these white parts are going to need a bunch of masking for all the exposed frame and color bits.

I have the RG Aile Strike for Seed and stuck between getting the RG Destiny gundam or the RG Freedom gundam for the Seed destiny slot.

I have bot seen all of zeta so I am ignorant to mark a recommendation. However for seed I now much. Either strike freedom or destiny will count for main suits but both have very little screen time and only appear 1/8th to the end of seed. If you have freedom already then I recommend destiny because it the more unique. Maybe consider force impulse for seed destiny. It is undoubted the most screen time mech in series.

I think it could work. It'd be less of a grenade than the RG RX-78-2 for sure due to it being newer.
The Core Splendor also makes up a bigger part of the torso than the Core Booster in RX-78-2.
They could always include an adapter piece for the torso part like they did with the RG RX-78-2 and the MG Impulse.

It's just a custom. They do this kind of thing all the time for their little mock-up battle images in manuals , flyers, etc. For example, IIRC the MG red warrior kit has an image of a 1/100 lightning in a picture of that scene where meijin and yuuki are having a match.

There are three Freedom model types in 1/144. The NG 1/144, which is not good, the old HG 1/144 (and its remaster version), which are fairly outdated by modern engineering, and the new HG 1/144 Revive, which is more show accurate (though less accurate to Okawara's original art, which most people are fine with). The most recent HG 1/144 Revive version of the Freedom is quite solid, with simple, effective use of the new soft PC plastic. It has some minor, if expected, seams, but they're mostly covered up and not too bad. The wings are solid and sturdy in most positions, though they do not have the range of options that the RG does.
It will require some paint (or for you to use decals) for a few blue and red spots (on the beam rifle as well as on the wing cannons).

Most Kotobukiya are compatible with 1/144. 1/100 are a bit huge for Kotobukiya stuff, unless you get some oversized weapons.

The clear red on the head looks amazing
Pretty articulated and solid, can turn the head but the pseudo mechanic hair doesnt move and is connected to the top of the head which is kind of accured because the top of the neck articulation that the revoltech had made the hair feel like a part of the neck
Torso are two ball joint connected by a bar that give a lot of articulation going from torso cruch to side to side mivement, even the white fins are articulated at the base

Hurrah, finished the first coat of my current project.
Though I must've messed up during the priming process because some of the paint didn't stick, but I think it'll turn out alright in the end.Though I wish I could make it perfect, it's for my boyfriend's birthday and he's fucking great.
