Why isn't there a male equivalent to political lesbianism?
The closest thing I can think of is Men Going there Own Way (MGTOW); but men don't identify as gay or have sex with men in that movement. They mostly just replace women with masturbation (probably thinking about women or consuming porn with women in it).
Is there something biological or cultural that makes political lesbianism possible and (male) political gayness more difficult?
