Bloke walking his dog across the payground area, it starts crapping, he starts screaming at it "NOT THERE, NOT THERE YOU STUPID FUCK", I chuckled, anyway, it craps, he picks it up in the bag, then kickes the dog full pely up the arse so it yelps, then starts yanking it's lead across the park with it yelping every time, I was really hoping someone else would say something, but no one did. So I walked over there with my phone out, when I got near him I just said I'm calling the police and reporting you for animal abuse. He started shouting at me, and I just said I'm not listening and continued calling the police, as soon as I got through and asked for the police he pushed me and I dropped my phone, I tried to pick it up and he kicked me over. Got pretty fucking angry, grabbed my phone and leapt up, started throwing punches, he let go of his dog and took off.
Called the police and handed the dog over to them, two old ladies nearbye luckily saw everything and also told the police. The police said in the event the dog gets taken from him, will I take it, otherwise it will go to a home... I don't really have the room. What do?
