I like singleplayer turn-based RPG with fixed characters the most, like Radiant Historia and some of Dragon Quest. And games with beautiful scenery like Alice Madness Returns and Xenoblade.
I'm not quite into games that let you create your own characters because they don't feel alive to me. Games that set in Japan or in the future don't appeal to me for some reason. I don't play multiplayer games. I get too nervous to enjoy and appreciate it. I think I'm quite picky when it comes to games.
My brother on the other hand he's like the opposite of me. He's a huge fan of LoL even though he doesn't speak a word of English.

Single player RPGs are my favourite too actually, they're like 95% of the games I play. I prefer to create my own characters though, I get better RP that way.

Different adjectives make different results
willing:
He is willing to pay for me
It is willing of him to pay for me
happy:
He is happy to pay for me

Maybe the difference is whether the adjective's target is usually a person or a nonperson
The reason the second sentence in each pair is bad is because they use a people adjective to describe "it's," which stands in for a noun phrase which isn't a person.
The reason "he is generous to pay for me" sounds wrong to me is because you say is instead of was. "He was generous to pay for me" is OK. But "It's generous of him to pay for me" still sounds better

It depends entirely on context. For an ongoing or as-yet-incomplete action, "was" would be wrong.

That's fine. I'm not saying it should always be "was." What I'm saying is that in the past tense is the only way that sounds like a natural statement. If the actual situation doesn't allow the past tense, then the most natural way to say that (using your example) is "It is generous of him to pay for my schooling" or, just use generously instead and rephrase the whole thing. I'm planning to travel to Japan this summer. My Japanese tutor, a Jap himself, wants to come with me. I want that too since it'd no doubt be extremely helpful to have a native along.
Tutor is available 2nd week of June through July. So normally I'd just get my ticket for sometime then. However, there's a tempting job offer that I might get this summer that fills that exact block of time.
Tutor doesn't recommend going to Japan in late July/early August. So if I wanted to go this summer and got the job, I'd have to go over one of the first two weeks of June.
What it all comes down to is:
If I bought a round-trip plane ticket for, say, June 19 - 26 this week (since the sooner you buy, the cheaper) and then it turns out I got the job and had to reschedule, what would I have to do?

You can check the airlines individual policies when you price out the tickets. They're different probably for each one, but if you want to make a change to a ticket, usually you just have to pay the difference in price. If it's lower they might refund the difference minus a fee to make the change.

1) Buy miles and redeem ticket using the miles. Many airlines (e.g., AA) let you change dates for free, as long as the origin/destination don't change.
2) wait and buy from Chinese airlines. You'd have to transfer at Beijing and Shanghai (which sucks), but the tickets are much cheaper.

Also, are some native japs willing to provide me with recordings of them reading said sentences? This shit will be wondrously helpful with my flashcards and what not.
If not here then does anyone have any site suggestions for something like this? I tried using that HiNative app but it sucks shit.

Often the Japanese posters are willing to help, but if not, weblio has a lot of example sentences you can search through and they tend to be pretty good in my experience (not outdated usage, includes some idioms, etc)
