I never understood why places like Aland, Bouvet Island, Christmas Island et al have their own ISO codes (and therefore own flags), but places like Easter Island, Galapagos, or that one Colombian archipelago don't.
I'd love to collect those.

A1 and A2 are satellite providers or something. AP is Asia-Pacific Region. Both have no flag on the 4chan database, but when they appear they have the Andorran flag (ad.gif) like when Anonymous Proxy posts.

No, anonymous proxies get assigned Andorra's flag.
Andorra is ad.gif, while anonymous proxies are a.gif, which has no flag in the database and thus gets assigned the flag of ad.gif.
