people love the idea of grand scale. We've been doing it since the dawn of major civilization. The Pantheon. The cathedrals of the Gothic era. The Pyramids. Yet you're shocked so many still love it? I know a lot of /ic/ posters are pretty fucking stupid and know absolutely nothing of why people love certain things in art even when it's painfully obvious, but this is beyond the realm of idiocy.
