Fire Alpaca is the best I've tried so far. It's just Sai, but a little different and free. I generally use it for any sketches that I do and then finish any editing in CS6.

It's basically SAI with some cool features.
Or Medibang paint. It's a complicated version of Fire Alpaca. But it's not so stable on win10. So just stick to Alpaca.

one of the best FOSS for drawing is MyPaint. It's very simplistic in design but has decent capabilities and gives a feel of drawing with physical media.
I found it's great for moments when I just want to draw and need software to get out of my way.

No actually, I was just messing around with my pressure settings and that just came up while I was messing around. Don't know what I was doing with it. Didn't finish it.
