So I have had an issue with my Nexus 5s power button for about a month. I've only now gone to fix it.
It seemed to be stuck on, as it would constantly reboot once it got past the Google logo. Now I think I've fixed the button, because I can reliably get into fastboot and browse the options, but the phone won't make it past the 'four dots' when booting. At best I'll see one, it'll freeze and then reboot.

My laptop won't turn on, it's a Latitude XT2. Press the power button and it lights up, the HDD activity LED blinks once, and nothing comes on the screen, then after 5 or 10 seconds it shuts off.
I've tried swapping the SSD, booting with no drive at all, reseating the RAM module, and booting without the module. Still nothing, any ideas?

because of the energy efficiency you shouldn't take a too powerful PSU. Technically your build idle should draw at least 20% of your PSU capacity (so if your PSU is a 500W your computer idle should draw at least 100W) and on load your computer should draw 80% of your PSU capacity (for a 500W PSU your computer have to draw 400W).
Having an efficient PSU for your computer should reduce the waste of energy, and it will heat less (and it will be more quiet).
the i3 6100 have a power consumption of 47W and the RX 480 have a power consumption of 150W. a 500W is a bit too much I think.
