I recently bought a miband for 23,79 dollars, which at the time was 21.79 euros.
In my country if you spend less then 22 euros there is no added import tax, however these chinks fucked up the invoice and put a value of 25 dollars and the wrong shipping value so i now have to pay 30 euros in tax.
I've ordered from dealextreme, aliexpress and gearbest in the past and never have i had a seller mark the shipment with a higher value.

Warranties are pretty easy, they just take about 3 months from the day you ship shit back to the day you get the repaired or new product back, that's why you buy from official stores or authorized resellers.

I don't get the pre-advised thing. As far as I understand, in my case it means that PostNL is expecting the package to be given to them, at which point the tracking number will be activated and the package becomes trackable across Europe. Funny enough, I didn't get a tracking number for one of the packages I am awaiting from GB, but they provided a Yun Express number regardless and I've been able to track it all the way to Brussels.
