Most probably not. Xiaomi usually doesn't update their budget phones apart from bugs and security patches. Redmi 2 miui is still on 4.4. Maybe devs will port 6.0 but who knows how stable it will be.

You're talking like if the Redmi 2 was a phone with no ROMs, and Xiaomi brings updates to it on a regular basis, sure you may not see Android 6 officially on the Redmi 2, but you're not missing features on it, hell the Redmi 2 had features that were later introduced on Lolipop by google.
With Xiaomi phone you need to care about MIUI not "Android", and if you're one of those fucks that always want a bigger android number, then you have plenty of ROMs to choose.

The Teclast has a marginally faster CPU but a 4:3 aspect ratio. I don't own the Teclast so can't say more than that. The Hi10 feels reasonably well-built.

Do yourself a favor. Look up the Antutu benchmark scores. The note 3 pro is pretty much among the top 3 best for those benchmarks. The g flex 2 is nowhere near it.

Just google for some benchmark of the g flex 2 and rednote 3 pro. You will easily see the rednote 3 pro beats the g flex 2 EVERY TIME. And it's not even by a small margin. The difference is fairly large.
You can even flash both to the exact same custom rom with no bloatware and run the test. The Rednote 3 Pro will still win by a large margin.
