We are headed towards an inevitable BTN recruitment re-opening so you should absolutely be PU or higher on every tracker that usually has BTN recruitment threads like PTP, Bib, AHD, HDB, WCD, etc.

There's not much you can do right now. You can download up to a certain point where it won't even affect your ratio as long as you keep seeding, I think it's like 15 or 20GB or something. So that's a fair chunk of music you can download without worry.
What you need to do is wait for the next staff picks or freeleech event. Staff picks are actually better because it's easier to build buffer and you don't have to run around thinking 'holy shit I need to download everything I want right now'. Then when this happens, get a fucking seedbox, cheapest one you can find it doesn't matter much what quality it is, I bought one for $3/month in the last staff pick event that gave me 120GB storage. Then just fill it with all of the staff picks and leave it for a few days. You'll be set for a very long time, if not for life, depending on your music downloading habits.
If they just do a regular freeleech event then download stuff that there's a lot of movement on. It's harder to pick what to go for but you can find stuff. Also obviously download stuff you actually want during a freeleech too.
If you get tokens I guess you can try to be smart with them but if you do everything else properly it shouldn't matter and you can just use these on things that you actually want.
