If you're trying to get a refund, do it through paypal. By doing it through the gearbest website they'll offer you a partial refund or refund to store credit, and when you escalate it with paypal they'll decline your refund because you declined the sellers partial refund.
tldr: Raise paypal claim, simply say "Item hasn't arrived", wait until gearbest can't produce tracking, refund, or raise claim.

It's like it sometimes sends in the middle of the night chinese local time from their system. I'd just like to say to be cautious to the people who bought Xiaomi phones from gearbest.
I ordered a xiaomi mi4 and the box was a counterfeit box with no serial scratch, and the sticker on the back was larger than the OEM one. The box itself came without any shrink wrap, and the phone had a Miui firmware that does not exist (MIUI 7.0 Stable 7.00.55.00(KXDMICI) doesn't exist and the Mi4 doesn't even ship with Miui 7). The phone itself is the real hardware however, but it's left me kind of salty.
Beware of chinese backdoors and malware infested stock roms. I recommend upgrading to the latest stable Miui when you get your phone, and if it comes in a counterfeit case, raising a claim with gearbest through paypal.

Gearbest, they put up a minigame where you could click cakes to get points, people noticed the listed "Winners" were all hard coded into the HTML so they were bluffing about people getting points, someone wrote a script that basically just sat there for you clicking cakes so you didn't have to.
People used those points to get up to 30% off their orders, some orders shipped, some were cancelled, everyone lost all remaining points they had.

Moron, nearly all you said it's wrong, the box is original, the overseas version has no serial scratch, are you seriously complaining about the size of a sticker?, 99.9% of Xiaomi phones bought from resellers are opened so yeah you will likely never get a sealed box, this doesn't mean shit is fake, and the ROM is the ROM ALL Xiaomi phones from resellers use, full of crapware, just flash the original firmware and stop being stupid.
