you probably have some 500mb RAM 64gb HDD shitbox with a 1.1 ghz processor rakeeb.
Boards load right away for me on my phone, laptop, and desktop.
Maybe you need better hardware or internet OP.

on the first load it has to download the site into your RAM
after that it's cached in your RAM so it loads way faster
if you reboot or clear your RAM it will reset it though so be careful
