I have listened to people who DO know what the eu really does by reading the FT and literally not one of their columnists is in favour of it. I've always seen the ft as a very unbiased newspaper, they're on the side of economic growth through wealth creation no matter what side that comes from politically. And I have to stress here, they are not at all in favour of a marxian capitalist nightmare where everyone is serfs to the few. Most of them are journalists after all, decidedly middle income.

But either way, the referendum had to happen and the majority of the country will opt for remain.

I've heard the adipowers or romaleos are some of the best, but how are the adidas powerlifts (pic related)? I've heard they're not quite as good as soon as you lift more than 300 lbs in them, as the soles actually start to compress at that amount of weight. Is this true and should I go with a more expensive but better pair instead of trying to save some money?

What exactly is the difference between the Powerlift 2 and just a "weightlifting shoe" like the romaleos or the adipowers?

The program says high volume, but I really can't find it anywhere.
Maybe I should do the int medium instead, those AMRAPs on Friday actually are good volume.
But ironically, int high doesn't have them and the whole thing just feels really low volume.

Before that I used to do 80% 5x5 all reps paused for 2 seconds on day 1, followed by 3xF accesoire.
Day 2 would be 3x5, same thing as Monday but 2 less sets and accesoire not to failure.

And day 3 I would do like 6x3 with around 95% of my 3 RM.

And people here told me that this would be quite low volume.
