TexMeth myself here. I do BB curls and abs on Mon-Friday, Lateral Raises and Rows on Wednesday (and more rows on the occasional Saturday that I pop in to get more binch volume)

All of those I do for 3 easy sets of 10 after everything else. Like Wendler said, your accessories shouldn't "matter." You're hitting them, but you're not killing them.

A 74kg 6'4 man is an absolute skelly. A 74kg 5'4 man has some muscle packed on him. Taller dudes simply can't compete at the same weight as shorter ones, unless the manlets are hambeasts and have no muscles on them.

I go back in September. Problem is I basically work from 7 AM to 5-6 PM and I'm exhausted every day I get home so all I want to do is sit on my ass once I get home, but I don't find any off the shit I used to love doing enjoyable anymore. I just refresh /plg/ and stare at steam library now lmao.
