I have a fitbit which helps with calorie expenditure. Anyway track your calorie intake and make sure it's above your TDEE.

I'm completely new to all this, having lived on only one meal a day the last 6-7 years.

I don't get enough calories during the day, and then have to try to make it up with a last big protein shake before I go to bed.
I start sweating profusely when I eat a lot. My digestion seems to fuck up and I can't shit for days. One time I had to make myself throw up because my belly hurt, and I've vomited once by accident.

It's to the extent that I think I might have some kind of medical problem, BUT I've noticed that I've slowly been able to eat a bit more each day without feeling like shit.

when I go low-carb I usually eat 50g of almond a day, great source of fat and protein, don't eat too much almond since deez nuts have alot of oxalate in them, which doctor-speak for they can cause kidney stones if eaten in crazy amounts

for high-carb diets I'd go with dates, these things are packed with fibers and other very nutritious stuff apparently, I however wouldn't know what amount is adequate

Homemade bulking bread which (in a Panasonic Bread Maker) makes roughly 16 thinnish slices.

>3 cups einkorn wheat flour (einkorn is a high-protein wheat, about a 1:3 ratio to net-carbs)
>2 tbsp [coconut] sugar/honey
>1 tbsp olive/coconut oil/butter
>1 tsp salt
>1/2 tbsp (or 1-1/2 tsp) yeast
>3 cups lentil powder (milled to a flour-like consistency with the same NutriMill I grind my raw einkorn wheat berries, best $220 I ever spent)
>1/2 cup ground chia (coffee bean grinder)
>1/2 cup vital wheat gluten (cheap-as-shit protein powder substitute which, when mixed with the proteins in peanut butter and lentils, makes them as complete as whey)
>3 cups whole milk

Each slice is about:

16g protein
5g fat
23g net carbs
12g fiber

About 200 calories each. Percentages of macros 33/22/45.

So a single toasted peanut butter (wew u triggered nigger >>37621507 ) & jelly sammich (1 tbsp/ea) is about 550 calories. Glass of whole milk plus protein powder (and stevia+cacao/peanut butter powder if you wish) with is another 450 calories, and then four scrambled eggs with cheese with salsa on top of a bed of buttered spinach with hummus rounds up with another 850 calories.

Boom, almost 2k for breakfast.

This is my pre/post workout

1 cup of oats
Banana and/or an apple
two tbsp of olive oil
Cocoa
Greek yogurt

Those are some easy +1200Kcal in a few gulps. By the way don't drink it late at night, it gives me osmolar diarrhea when I do.

Youre either waking up to late like around 10am or not eating a big breakfast. Wake up at 8am and cook yourself a big breakfast. 4oz of ham mixed with 3 eggs scrambled eggs with one tbsp of olive oil. Then a banana and a small bowl of nuts(1oz almonds, 1oz pecans, 1oz walnuts and 1oz granola).

That in itsself is more than 1000 now you just have to find other ways to get to 3000. Personally for me its hard to get the last 500 calories just keep eating

I've been there myself trying to bulk, for some reason adding vegetables, legumes helps vs. strictly carnism. and try to get some Omega-3s and bifidum pro-biotics as they convert is into various CLAs proven to maintain bulk and muscle mass, cheaper than eating grassfed, at least for that benefit.

eat some ice cream, not "breyer's" frozen dairy desert, make sure the primary ingredient is cream, so long as it isn't Modified milk Ingredients. yeah it costs like 3$ more or some shit but you're looking for mass so the expense is justified. or make your own with avocados and cocoa, some honey or even unflavored corn syrup if you're frugal, it's pretty decent, tastes a little bit nutty.

avoid bulking on carbs at all cost.
