What was your starting weight and also minus your bench which isn't terrible for 1 year I'm questioning the legitimacy of "reps" and also the fact you're a curl bro.

I also think you're e-statting a bit as you would of started and put on roughly lets say 80lbs in one year on your squat despite pulling your back or injuring yourself 2 times. I'm a natural curler for some reason. I started curling at 85 lbs, I only do them once a week.

And my rep scheme is only 3-5x 3
I change between training training trips and training 5 reps, right now, my "reps" for all of those are training triples except curls, I do 4x6 (4sets 6 reps)

Also, I trained in highschool freshman and sophomore year because I played football, but I wasn't like dedicated to training strength like I have been for the past year.

I'm always trying to push myself with it, since I know I likely won't get the same results as I would if I were lifting. I used to lift a lot but I got really sick, and last time I tried going to a gym and lifting I kept getting kinda dizzy, nauseous, and light headed. Maybe I'll give it another shot when I move in August.

I know for a fact you did and injured your rotator cuff or back if I'm not mistaken. Not hating, I was just very suspicious of that vascularity + lifts at "2" years knowing you started out around that time also. Again, I'm about 10lbs lighter overall but probably as lean and roughly same build (big arms, shoulders, chest more angular and lean than built, core shit but defined).

Was mirin lifts just curious how you're so vascular while maintaining lifts roughly 20-30lbs heavier than mine for reps in less time and I'm not getting spider webbing at same strength levels.

We're both working for about 1 1/2-2 hours at a time (hard work, not fucking around), we're both eating 3 meals a day and above or below cal based upon needs. I'm not poor and don't live off my parents, I legitimately am taking extra supplements alongside my daily caloric intake of a mix of carbs, protein, fat, and nutrition elements to maintain neutral pH and high vitamin intake. I've been leaner longer and went from lean (which would increase vascularity) to bigger and lean where as I know you cut from 185lb if not more. I weigh literally 10lbs less than you and have proof of most of my lifts in video format, I also have been doing a hypertrophy routine for bodybuilding and mass during my rebuild as of recently while maintaining most of my PR's. I had to deload several time to fix my form, especially on squat and deadlifts. I also deloaded a shit ton on my squat after I reached 2.5pl8 for reps, to switch from low bar to high bar.

I actually dont use anything crazy. Im pretty anal about my hair since I lost it almost all before when I got sick the first time and had some radiation action. Acutally ive been growing it even longer than normal lately cuz I had some lupus spread this year so trying to cover the spots that the hair fell out.

Ive never used mouse or gel anything like that. I just keep it simple, shampoo and conditioner. For what its worth generally I use tricomin shampoo, and neutrogenas triple moisturizing conditioner. Other than that nothing.
