The problem that I have is that I'm relatively thin everywhere else (6 ft 1, 153 lbs) but I have these huge, thick thighs. Theyre both muscular and fat somehow and to make it worse I have thin ankles and calves so it just increases the effect. I'm ok with losing muscle and fat as long as my legs won't look like carrots. What exercises should I do? /fit/ gives retarded advice that would fuck up my legs more by making them larger. Should I do distance running? I know spot reducing isn't real and I'm already eating at a caloric deficit.

Ordered 4 pairs of ray bans from sunglasses hut to try out. I've cheaped out on pairs before and they end up breaking. Thought I'd try out Ray Bans to see if it's just the brand name or they're actually good quality.
Reviews said pairs would last people 5-7 years and they used to be made by some other company but now its Luxottica.

I've never really been a hat person and I haven't owned a cap in 10 years or so. I'm currently growing out my hair and it's in the infamous phase where it looks like ass so I'm going to be wearing a cap to plow through it. So how do I wear a cap without looking like a degenerate scum? Should I go with a dad cap instead of a traditional snapback or baseball cap?
