You guys ever build greenhouse? Summer is here and need to start working out something. What is the easiest and most cost free way to do it?

Like anon said you've missed the time when you'd need a greenhouse.
You could still go and build the frame and cover it with some shade cloth for a shady place to hang out in. Then when winter rolls around throw some clear plastic and boom - your shade structure is now a greenhouse.

To be fair, we don't know what zone OP lives in. Perhaps he is from severe northern Canada.
More likely though, OP doesn't know what a greenhouse it for.

Non-uv proof plastic: 2 years
UV-proof plastic: 5 years
Plate Glass: until kids throw rocks at it
tempered glass: until kids throw bricks at it
You can build it as though it will have glass, but use plastic until you are able to replace the plastic with glass, one panel at a time.

Anyway Op wants Polycarbonate.
Op here. I planted my habaneros in january and they are in grow tent under led now. Flowers everywhere. Now is the right time when nordic night temperatures are not too low.
Maybe i just go with pic related. Easy and cheap.
