Later a close friend of mine blurted it out over a voice program that had twenty other people in the room. So yeah, a few of them are RL friends then and now as well, but I quickly got off and hid for days.
Honestly, they were pretty chill about it with me. They didn't really think differently of me for it. I get lightly teased about it now and then, but we're all pretty respectful towards each others likes. I've known said group for almost ten years now over the net, and got to meet a number of them in RL.
It's gotten to a point where I'm just honest about it, but nothing extreme.
Folks are at ease with it, and we mostly laugh a bit about it. A big flip side is a few other friends came to me, saying they liked something akin to it or liked the very same thing. We RP it here and there. I got a girlfriend later, and pretty much just RP with her about it. She wasn't bother at all about it and was super accepting. It's not really her thing, but she enjoys dabbling in it as I love it a lot. (( Even had bedroom talk where she acts like I'm tiny and does a lot of mouth play. ))
There's some folks that were rude to me about it, but honestly, in the end? It's a like that can't even be done in RL. That's all. if it bothers another person so bad, they're not really a friend honestly.

I've frequented /tg/ a bit. so while I'm all for other people collaborating, I don't want to rely on them. And I've found myself getting bored with projects partway in, so I don't want to feel stuck with it. But I have zero issues with anyone editing it and re-distributing it.
If you want to add your own things, I THINK that this is editable with the free version of RPG Maker VX Ace. Otherwise, the files are unencrypted, so feel free to edit the game sprites if that's your thing. I've run some tests, and there are no errors with taller sprites as long as you're careful with the feet.

To beat the first school map, you just duck in the first class to get around the teacher with papers.
For the second, larger school map, just hug the wall and if you're detected by the first girl, duck into one of the classes to lose her. Then when she walks past, keep going until the first corner (slightly past the room full of students).
Then just hug the wall and keep running. The girl will find you, but you should have enough time to duck into the first available door in that hallway. The room you duck into is simple to navigate.
You essentially just repeat the process to get to the exit. To avoid detection (as much as you can), make sure you hug the outer walls.
But yeah, you can definitely do it. I made it to the last map with only 1 hp and stamina, and no items. Of course I'm playing mostly blind (as I have no idea how to translate this thing).

She's in the 2nd map in the classroom with the one other girl you can't interact with. To interact with the green haired girl, You gotta have your climbing stat at 10 or 20.
To do that you have to equip something that increases it.
There are two ways to get equipment that increases your stats,health and stamina.
The red spots on the map can be interacted with and they always give you equipment. You can also buy equipment from the shops at your current rest stops. You gain "Money" for the items at the shop by either surviving encounters or even dying surprisingly but I think you gain more by surviving.

I've been going through and using google translate on some of the encounters. Works for boners, but an actual translation would be make using equipment much nicer. At this point I'm still not entirely sure how it works.
