Not a drawfag so take it with a grain of salt, but a little less detail on the feet/toes might help. As it stands, there's so much detail it looks like the hose is clinging to every contour, making it seem less like hose and more like it's just her skin tone. Maybe blur/remove some of the curves. Think of it this way, the version you've got now would look just fine as a barefoot version if you swapped out the colors and removed three lines.

The way I see it, there are three ways you could get someone on. I'll rank them in terms of what I believe to be feasible. Warning: they might be stupid suggestions.
