I'm assuming you have a windows computer, so you really should try a few and find the one you like most, And that you understand. On my windows i use exclusively Sai just because its MY favorite. Though I did really like photoshop. Tools; Make sure theres more than one brush,make sure your pressure sensitivity works,make sure theres a 'transform' option,make sure you can have at least 20 layers and the rest is up to you, I find those missing in a lot of mundane programs.
I'm trying to get back into drawing, someone give me something simple. Like really, /really/ fucking simple. I wanna see how badly I'm gonna fuck it up.
