the problem that you're having is that you're filled with too many ideas, and you can't pick a good enough idea that will satisfy you

you need to understand that you'll never get anywhere if you're always looking for the perfect idea to come to your head. just pick something, the first thing you think up, and draw it.

finish what you're drawing and then move on to the next idea

if you can't decide on what to draw
the easiest thing to do is practice things you're not good at, whether it be anatomy colours perspectives etc.

posemaniacs and quickposes are good practice too.

another thing you could do is look at other peoples art. Sometimes you come across a technique you find interesting or a character/environment you like.

Then there are Requests from thread. While they're not the best thing out there and very often anons like to exploit newer people to draw their repeat requests you may sometimes come across an interesting one.
