Huion H420 is a $30CAD tablet sold on amazon, comes with 3 buttons on the side for quick access and easily programmable, and easier to restart than wacom drivers, since if wacom crashes you pretty much need to reinstall or restart your computer/drives. The 420 is also an option but it comes with no buttons, and is the exact same price. Only big downside people might consider is that the pen runs off AAA batteries, and is not a rechargable pen. Although my pen has been using the same AAA battery for about half a year now, and I constantly accidentally leave the pen on, and I still have not had to replace the battery.
