Brother just went to a juvenile detention center. Sheriffs came and took him away and now he has two felonies, possession of narcotics (xanax) and passion of firearm (rifle). And all under his probation, a year ago he robbed a house he's been on probation ever since. So in total he has 3 felonies. He's 16+.
The whole thing started yesterday when he used my laptop to watch porn and rummaged through my stuff. This morning he took the AC cable (cable that connects modem to wall) from the router and claimed he didn't do it. Despite the fact that he threatened to do it a day ago.
My I took his phone, he threatened to sell all my stuff, he took the modem, which my mom paid for, and she got involved and she proceeded to check his room. He refused to let her do so, as he was harboring the gun, unknown to us. After arguing she offered him to not search and let him be, at this point I gave him his phone , and all she was gonna do is remove the door (trust me when I say this little shit didn't deserve one) but he refused, got a little confrontational, and so cops ensued. He is detained now but I feel bad...like shit, he wasn't always like this. He used to be happy, played soccer, had friends but now he's probably an addict and is involved in selling drugs. He won't for a bit listen to my mother or probation.
I'm sitting in his room just remembering his past. He had no father. Now he might destroy my shit. Not really scared just sad...my mom can't control him, Texas law is so fucking lax they won't do shit, though this was his last chance, it's just sad now. My mom feels guilty.
