Very very good. Feels very artificial Aniplex "pls be hit" stuff, but it actually might.
Shows that execution is the key, the generic battl e harem content feels almost like Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere.
The characters are fun, the interactions entertainment, the battles not boring.
It has all chances to turn to shit later, but for now its great and looking forward to next episodes. "Produced" mediaprojects are refreshing stuff on the scene of all LN and manga adaptations.

Love Live is very successful and like Qualidea, it's also a multimedia project. Sunshine is just another entry of the project, you can call it a spin off of the original Love Live anime though, I think it's still correct to call it a spin off. It's not dying, just that the original idol team in the franchise dissolved or something.
