I was bullied in school like many, and it's true, you don't tend to go to authority figures, and the solutions you come up with are fucking stupid.
Just like Nyanta thought shooting them from afar was a smart idea, I thought slogging mine over the head with a shoe from behind was the best solution.
My head was rammed against the changing room wall for starters and narrowly avoided hitting any of the perfectly head-height metal hooks, I count myself pretty lucky.
also there was the time I was sitting on a rail above a concrete ramp, swung backwards by accident and my speeding skull came centimeters away from hitting the ramp edge, I had a thing for near-miss head injuries it seems.
That said, I felt really bad for Mikage and Hellfire too. Lovepon's was sad, but it just felt like fiction to me - the other three all had plenty I could relate to.

Mikage. Something similar happened to me.
I used to work in a convenience store and i was told how easy it was to rank up and be assistant manager or even the manager of a store if i'm good at my job.
I became good at managing the store very quickly and one of the at the time assistant managers was training me to be his successor since he was about to quit. So the guy quit and the manager instead of promoting me decided to promote a guy who had less time working and who was not as good as me for the stupid reason that he "had a more responsible personality than me".
And i ended up working under the orders of a younger guy than me who i help train myself.
I could not take it for long and quit a month later.

Lovepon's backstory is about as compelling as her name. How many shows/manga/other mediocre Japanese mediums could you steal it from? I think I've heard that one at least 40ish times and I'm not even from Japan.
Nyantas is a mix of other stolen goods. It steals from the BB gun subplot in Higurashi among others. The mixture is at least 16 years old, probably more. It's that stagnant.
The silicon head implant thing is actually slightly new-- but it's retarded and just complete bullshit. HGH or actual heel implants would be the way to go. The whole head implant thing is just bizarre and requires so much expense/work. It's stupid.
I tuned out after that. The last three episodes have just been awful. Lovepon should not exist as a character in any story because all she does is create obnoxious noise and distraction. There are actual mature ways to handle her subplot and its resolutions. It turns out that beyond the age of 10 if you shout EXECUTE EXECUTE EXECUTE you will not ever function in society and will be committed to a mental hospital or forced into some other controlled living arrangement.

Kohara: We first started talking about it in the second half of 2012 or thereabouts, about doing an anime original. But this is something that our production company hadn’t done before, so I didn’t know how to go about planning it. Of course, we’ve been fortunate enough to be approached about making adaptations, so if we didn’t have the courage and the opportunity to do an original, then it would never have come about. So we had luck on our side too. But we needed to have the desire to do it. Personally, I wanted to do something dramatic. A show that’s classified as a drama, but where the story isn’t episodic—instead, it’s something that builds gradually with each episode. I wanted to depict a drama about people, about their feelings and their relationships with each other. Around that time, I met (for the second time) Producer Ishiguro who was working on Ikamusume [Squid Girl], and we got along really well. So I figured that I’d consult him about it. Because we had similar interests in terms of drama, we were quickly in one mind about this. The first time we’d met was actually in 2005-6, in relation to WOWOW’s Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora [Looking Up at the Half-Moon], which also focused on human drama. We’d met as animator and producer back then, so we felt that it was something like fate and decided “Let’s make something good!” And then, as the first step, we starting thinking about who we should ask to direct.
