Aleister vs Mikoto. Aleister uses Archetype Control to effectively "kill" Mikoto.
Yuiitsu vs Kamisato. Yuiitsu defeats Kamisato, but Touma saves him.
Kamisato recovers his hand, but both St.Germain and Original Kakine starts to manifest on Yuiitsu because of Sample Shoggoth and St.Germain virus. They combine and become one being. St.Kakine Yuiitsu quickly kills Kamisato, steals World Rejecter back, flees and goes after Mikoto to recover AAA.
Next battle: Aleister + Archetype Controlled Mikoto with AAA vs St.Kakine Yuiitsu with World Rejecter. Their fight becomes too much for earth and starts a real end of the world. Touma tries to stop them with his Right Hand, but it won't obey him.
Laura is laughing, then she orders "him" to use "that".
Touma dies.

Somehow, Touma wakes up in his dorm as if nothing happened. He wonders if it was all a dream.
Slowly he starts to realize the day is happening exactly like it happened in his dream.
It is a time loop.
Touma repeats the same events he did, but this time he convinces Yuiitsu to return to the light for her sensei. It works and St.Kakine Yuiitsu never happens, but Kamisato backstabs him.
Touma dies.

Touma first tries to find Mikoto instead of going after Kamisato, ending up fighting against Aleister. Aleister removes his right hand, and when Touma thinks IT will do something Aleister reveals that IT cannot go against him because IT and Aleisterare the same being.
Touma dies.

Touma tries to destroy IT somehow, but it fails.
It is finally revealed by Laura that the man know as Aleister Crowley is actually a phantom for the real one, who is inside IT.

They couldn't have an Accelerator pov, and most of his story was covered well in the novel too. And Misaka really couldn't be in it either, because she'd be the type to jump into it. Unless they had a side arc to distract her and Misaki, which wouldn't really make it Battle Royale anyways. It was pretty self-contained without that much room for overlap like the daihaseisai. At most, maybe you could have more of the Uiharu bullying, and maybe Kuroko cleaning up some of the bloodbath. But they couldn't go deep into that either.
The largest thing of note would be what really happened with Frenda, but with all the emphasis on her recently, I would imagine Kamachi wants to keeps it under wraps.
At most, skipping it just gives an unsatisfying feeling, but I don't think Kamachi would have answered the questions about Frenda or the girl in the dress in Railgun anyways. They're mid- endgame tier.
