Don't know for sure, but Aura, Kyouhukou and Entoma all got fairly low stats. Kyou is 7 levels above Neuronist and still got the lower stat total.
There is likely some racial stats in there though and a cockroach shouldn't have very high base stats.

It was already hypothesized that the spawn cap was because of clearing the dungeon in one go. Most likely, the WC and the spawn cap are different seeing as only getting 5 more lvl 100 NPCs would be a kinda shitty effect for a WC item (compared to the other ones we have seen). That said, I wonder where Gargantua comes in (since he's also a reward).
