Glossary update for episode 11
Japan Style is a nickname for the way that Japan in 2035 stores all their information infrastructure like politics, economy, culture, and information of all its citizens electronically.
At first, it was regarded as an unique Japanese thing how they managed their society. After a while, it has been so deeply ingrained in Japanese mentality that the nickname has become synonym to the information system itself.
The Back Slam attack that Oscar 2 (Strike Interceptor) uses is one of the preset attack patterns during black mode (sublimation mode deactivated). The principle is of course simple. Accelerate, turn around, and slam into the opponent at full speed. Crying the name out of all those actions is a way to simplify the action input and to prevent the user from accidentally using another move.
That's right, shouting your attack out is a necessity.
The Destructive Electro-Vibration Shock Wave draws from the reserve power from the Strike Interceptor suit. The electric discharges can be directed towards their target, destroying it electronically and physically.
Simulation Pattern Sakigake is a blow-based attack routine using the fists, whereas the Simulation Pattern Akatsuki is one focusing on kicks.
This by the way means that Asami Kazari did not program the martial arts attack procedures herself. Those are all parts of the package.

Dumb Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications not communicating that their entire network was hacked is really dumb.
This was great. I expected good things from it because of Taniguchi and Tosh, but I was a little worried because of IMS. There was the occasional QUALITY moment, but all in all it was solid. Definitely looking forward to the second cour.

So if I understood correctly, the work isn't split cours. They're separate seasons, but due to the misunderstanding spreading so much the staff is making some adjustments. The next season is still going to keep Kuroki as the centerpiece, but some characters standings and positions are going to be changed. Didn't get the last one very well, apparently the situations that have been scattered around might be recollected. Synopsis for Episode 12: For Whom Does Order Exist?
Tomohisa, aka Mythos, is revealed as the cult leader of the mass suicide cult that shook Japan's society to the core, and has gained total admin rights over all network systems of Japan, controlling all knowledge, transport services and finances of the country.
While the government of Japan is playing the blame game to each another, Unit 8 continues searching for the identity of Mythos and his background in an attempt to retake control over the nation. It is decided that the minor be treated as a full-fledged terrorist to be eliminated on sight as to regain control over the O-RO-CHI master system, lest the US interferes. Thanks to Bird's interference on Hinata's laptop, Unit 8 can trace back Mythos's background, and find out where his escape route is. They lay out a trap for him, jamming his network system so that he cannot use his admin rights to blow up buildings, and try to keep him contained in the jamming zone while the government tries to regain control over their computers. When the USDF comes on scene to prepare to kill him, Unit 8 manages to talk Mythos down in surrendering before recklessly throwing his life away, because they found out something that he didn't know:His sister Emily is alive and well, and he is not alone anymore.
In other news, Asami Kazari is not a minor anymore.

This was the show I was looking forward to most this season, and while the first two episodes didn't quite sell me on it, in the end it came through as my AOTS. It's been a great ride and I can't wait for Summer.
The finale itself was really good too, I liked how it actually did wrap things up instead of leaving us on a three month cliffhanger like most split cour shows do. I felt bad for Mythos though, especially when he started tearing up a bit after Bird betrayed him, and after that he still tried to believe in him.

It's not a show intended to be "suspenseful" and the "tragic" elements were very small, so it's not that kind of show.
It is simplistic, but that's not bad. Sometimes people can dig that sort of material without asking for something incredibly deep and meaningful. I admit the characters could have been better, but they weren't a huge deal for me. They had interesting moments and amusing interactions all the same. I'd say they're a bit better than stereotypes, but then again, almost no character in anime is "new and original" even when they give them more time than this.
There wasn't much moe pandering (compared to literally every other show airing) so I don't know what you are complaining about. In any case, I'll keep watching the show.

Going to bars is something that many regular adults do, so I don't mind. I liked the dedicated episodes myself, although some were better than others, so definitely can't agree with you there.
Episodic shows can be made in different ways. This wasn't heavy on the drama, all things considered.
Logos itself wasn't that great of a concept or group of villains, you are correct, but again..some of their crimes were still entertaining enough.

Even although Unit 8 does have a bad reputation, it's not like they're reckless yahoos who accidentally kill people.
