Kamisato's limping off heavily injured while Touma's eating hot pot while Othinus and Birdway are there. The hotpot has both Birdway's animal skin and Patricia's shoggoth so it was an indirect way of saying what happened after the clash via a comedy scene.
My guess is Kamisato erased IB, IT came out and injured Kamisato, the fight stopped for some reason and Kamisato gave up on killing Othinus. The fight probably stopped because Touma told IT to fuck off like he did before and then regrew IB just like always. After seeing that, Kamisato probably didn't feel like continuing because he was already partially hesitating on his goal about killing magic gods.
His expression about wishing he didn't see what Nepthys did already hinted that he's starting to change his mind a little. Admitting that he "lost" could also mean that he conceded the argument to Touma and went away without killing Othinus because he's no longer able to treat them as "nothing but evil."
Also, why would having his arm taken off by World Rejector cause Touma to lose Imagine Breaker? His arm probably grew back and regained its power. Come on guys, this isn't even the first time this has happened.

Spoopy Touma was a nice cocktease. I don't agree with opinions that he shouldn't be stopped there, the volume didn't have a good enough buildup of tension to release the Kraken.
Decent comic relief volume, but not much happening wasn't that good after two volumes of nothing happening at all.

Snorefest at the beginning, only good part were great Touma-Othinus interactions. Ending was more intense, but didn't live up to the hype after all. The only interesting thing is what Kamisato will do now and what the new arc is going to be about. But I have a feeling it will be just another fillerish story.
It would be much better if the whole Magic Gods + Kamisato arc was NT11+NT12, with Misaki's story being a new SS. Remove St. Germain.
