As for requesters, well if they have patterns in their desires, I don't expect them to act out of sorts just to mask their identity. It's other people who often attempt to identify folks, and it's often confused because for the most part we just identify people by their waifus, and there's a lot of overlapping.
We crave identification of others, the more we find interest in them. There isn't really a good justification to get upset about this, it's a common theme on all boards.

Sketching is just brick laying, if you're doing super mechanical linearting and not really doing it as a skill, it makes sense that your sketching is that much weaker than it.

Master hotkeys would be my first suggestion.
Second suggestion is draw more. As you draw more, you'll get progressively better in negligible ways. You won't notice it day to day, but one day you'll look back and realize; oh hey, now I'm backtracking less, and things that used to take me 4 hours take me 1. I recently became conscious of this after about a year of off and on hard working periods. It's pretty satisfying!
I know how badly "draw more" tastes as a suggestion, so I'll offer a bonus tip. Keep removing yourself from the experience, I accomplish this from very infrequent multitasking, and flipping the canvas, so you don't get into a closed minded tunnel vision drawing process. Keep your perspective objective and clear, and you can fix errors more objectively, faster. If you get stuck on something, if possible, work somewhere else. Try starting in different parts of the canvas too, if starts are giving you trouble. I usually start with heads, but sometimes it feels much better to start with a ribcage or hip position.
