The MC ends up meeting a secret transfer student in his class, but it's actually the MC's future self who got a sex change. He later finds out that the child she and he make together turns out to be him in the past, which they give up for adoption in order for him to be born.
MC is a NEET who one day is approached by a fairy telling him that he must go to the 2D world with her to save anime, promising him life in the 2D realm after he has saved enough. He jumps through all sorts of shows doing what the fairy tells him to influence their plots into more entertaining ones.
After he's completed the required amount, however, the fairy goes back on her promise, and transports him to another world to keep doing his job. At this point she reveals that he was only a tool used to entertain the readers of the LN, and that she was in fact an avatar...

Why doesn't UFOTABLE make an anime for Fate and Heaven's feel by recycling the shared scenes between the three routes?
It's the only way to do the series justice.
