it's pretty obvious it was made to promote baby making, but it really is a cute romcom short, feels like an actual 4koma that isn't stretched out over 20 minutes long.
I've long thought that many anime simply don't go anywhere, AT ALL. People getting married and having children is something that happens to irrelevant side characters most of the time. If it happens to MCs the show is over by then.
